Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at pearlpure.shop. We want your experience—browsing, evaluating, and purchasing our products—to be rewarding. As with any shopping experience, certain terms apply to transactions at pearlpure.shop. By placing an order or making a purchase at pearlpure.shop, you agree to the terms below together with our other applicable policies. If something is wrong with what you bought, or you are not satisfied with it, you have 1 month (30 days) from the delivery date to request a return and refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please follow these guidelines: (1) the package must be returned with the original receipt (or proof of purchase); (2) the product must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (including tags, accessories, and inserts, if applicable); (3) returns must be sent to: C/ Timón, Centro Comercial Torrequebrada, Oficina 17, 29630 Benalmádena, Spain (the “Return Address”). Items returned without prior authorization, outside the 30-day window, or not in their original condition or packaging may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@pearlpure.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

We perform thorough quality checks before shipping. If we must cancel your order due to stock, quality, or logistics issues, we will notify you in advance; prepaid orders will be refunded after confirmation. Once your return is received and inspected at the Return Address, and if it complies with the guidelines above, we will approve the refund and process it to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification when the refund is issued. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damage in Transit

We pack with care to minimize damage during transit. However, pearlpure.shop is not liable for damage that occurs during transportation. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and contents immediately and contact the carrier and support@pearlpure.shop within 48 hours so we can assist you with a claim where possible.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items (if applicable)
